PRE-ORDERED PARKING PERMITS PICKUP
Instructions for Picking up your Pre-Ordered Parking Permits When you arrive at the Natatorium for the first time, park in the Sports Garage adjacent to the Natatorium. Use either the 2nd or 3rd entrance into the Sports Garage and take a ticket from the machine to open the gate. You may park in any space in the middle section that is not marked as reserved for Permanent Permits. If you arrive on Sunday, there will be a volunteer in the Natatorium lobby who can give you your pre-ordered Parking Permits after you show an ID to identify yourself. If you arrive on Monday or later and:
Once you are in possession of your Parking Permit, when you exit the garage scan the barcode on your permit to open the gate.You will not need to use the ticket you received on your initial entry. On all other entries/exits after the first time you may scan the barcode on your permit to open the gate for entry and exit.

TIME TRIAL UPDATE
YMCA Long Course National Championship The Meet Committee is making an effort to avoid the problems that we experienced with Time Trials in last year's Long Course meet by closely monitoring time trial entries as they are received online. We are now at the point where our entries for the time trial events offered on Wednesday and Friday have filled the time available to conduct time trials on those afternoons. As a result, we will no longer accept entries for these events on Wednesday:

Officials Training Available at YMCA Long Course Nationals Sunday, August 2, 2015
Monday, August 3, 2015
Important Notes All clinics will be held at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown, 350 West Maryland Street, Indianapolis, IN 46225. Specific room numbers will be determined as we get nearer to the clinic dates. To attend the Swim Officials Trainer Training Program, you must file an application, along with a brief biography of your swim officiating experiences, as they relate to the Trainer Criteria, and the two required recommendations. The complete application package must be filed at least two weeks prior to the clinic (in this case no later than Friday, July 17th). File the application with Bridgett Zeitler (bridgett.zeitler@ymca.net). To attend the Level I or II clinic, please contact the lead trainer directly. He will provide you with detailed registration instructions. You must register with the lead trainer in advance; we cannot accommodate large numbers of walk-in candidates. Checks for the Trainer Training and Level I and II clinics should be made payable to YMCA of the USA and given to the lead trainer at the clinic.

We have received several questions from coaches about the time some activities are occurring on Day 1, Monday, August 3. The two column layout of our 2015 YMCA Long Course Nationals Schedule of Activities has confused some people. Listed below are times for activities on Day 1 of primary interest to coaches. SPECTATOR SEATING
SPECTATOR SEATING AREAS Abundant spectator seating is available on both the west and east sides of the competition pool. Access to the concourses leading to the spectator seating areas will be through admission checkpoints where admission wristbands must be shown. Wheelchair seating is available in the west side spectator seating area. Folding chairs are not permitted in seating area. Spectators attending the Tuesday evening finals session ONLY to see the opening ceremonies will be admitted for free. These spectators will be given a special wrist band which allows them access to a separate section in the stands. Spectators in this section will be asked to leave after the opening ceremonies are complete. Due to limited seating on deck, athletes will be permitted to sit in designated areas of the spectator stands. Access to this seating will be by staircases located at the diving well end of the pool. The pool level is off limits to spectators. Spectators will not be allowed on the pool deck.

ANNOUNCEMENT DELAY - 2016 YMCA LONG COURSE NATIONALS
Because of the inability to finalize venue and hotel commitments prior to the 2015 championships, YMCA of the USA will not be able to announce the official date and location for the 2016 Long Course Swim Championships until Tuesday, September 15, 2015. As a result, this communication is also to inform you about the registration process for hotels once venue and hotel contracts have been secured. The date, location and hotel information for 2016 will officially be announced at 11:00AM EDT, Tuesday, September 15. The YMCA Competitive Sports Housing office will then open housing registration VIA PHONE ONLY at 12:00PM EDT for the first 24 hours. Online booking will begin after the first 24 hours, based on hotel availability.
Before calling the Sports Housing Office to make your individual or team reservations, please assign a coordinator for your team. The teams' coordinator will be the one to call our office on Tuesday with the following information:
Please remember, YMCA Competitive Sports Housing's business hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm EDT Monday - Friday. If you reach voicemail during the hotel registration period, don't worry! Our Sports Housing system allows for all phone calls to be returned in the order they were received.
YMCA Competitive Sports Housing Staff will be on-site Monday-Wednesday Noon during event week in Indianapolis to answer any questions you may have and will look forward to helping everyone make their housing reservations for the 2016 YMCA Long Course Swimming Nationals.
