POST NATIONALS LONG COURSE MEET (Click link)
After the YMCA Short Course Nationals, the YMCA of Triangle Area Swim Team (YOTA) will hold a Long Course Meet and Time Trials.  The Meet is open to all registered USA Swimming swimmers. There will be no on deck registration available at this meet.
