DEADLINE EXTENDED FOR THE ADOLPH KIEFER YMCA YOUTH CHARACTER AWARD APPLICATIONS (Click link)

UPDATED: 5/28/2020. Nationwide efforts to contain and prevent the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus include the closure of schools and YMCAs, cancellation of social and community gatherings and the cancellation of the Short Course YMCA National Championship Meet.

In recognition that these changes could make completion and submission of Adolph Kiefer YMCA Youth Character Award applications exceedingly difficult, we have extended the deadline to June 1 July 1, 2020. Additionally, we are waiving the requirement that applicants compete in the Short Course YMCA National Championship Meet in their senior year. This requirement is no longer possible to meet.

SWIMMERS MAY COMPLETE THE APPLICATION THEMSELVES AND SEND IT DIRECTLY TO LINDSAY MONDICK at the YMCA of USA

Please submit applications no later than June 1  July 1 according to the instructions on the application. Recipients will be announced by June 15 and will be recognized during the 2020 Long Course YMCA National Championship Meet in Greensboro, NC.
