To cover the Championship and provide pictures for posting on our web site, volunteer photographers are needed. If you are interested, and willing to take pictures to post on our web site during the Championship, please read the guidelines below.

If you agree to these guidelines, please submit your name, your YMCA name, your coach's name and email address and the days and sessions your would like to take pictures (Day 1 finals, Day 2 prelim, Day 2 finals, etc) to Tom Warrick at twarrick@comcast.net

Volunteer Photographer Instructions, Guidelines and Agreements

• I understand that by applying and being accepted, I am subject to a background check
• You must register at Coaches Check-in/Meet Registration to receive your credentials before you will be allowed on the pool deck.
• Please only be on deck during your assigned day
• Please plan on working the entire day if possible. This will include morning warm-ups, athlete and spectator entrances, prelims, time trials, and finals including all award ceremonies. On the last day of the meet, this will also include working through the Team Awards following finals.
• Most of all – be considerate of and do not interfere with – officials, coaches, athletes, parents, other photographers
• No flash photography on starts
• Photographs may only be taken in public areas. Any area where there is an expectation of privacy is off limits to photography. (e.g. rest rooms, dressing rooms, locker rooms, etc)
• Photographs taken may not be sold by you or any third party
• All photos may be used by YMCA of the USA for any purpose and without compensation to you
• You understand and agree that you will not make any claim for payment of any kind.
• You may, or may not be, identified in such reproductions; however, your name will not be used to endorse any particular commercial products or commercial services
• We have the right to select all, some, or none of your photos that will be used on the website.
• Come to the Technology room (Computer/Scoreboard) room for additional information and/or to deliver your pictures
• When your session is over, bring your camera or memory card to the Technology room so we can download your photos
